Rosa A. Chavarria has over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking. She has a bachelor's degree in educational studies from Belmont Abbey College. Rosa is very knowledgeable with down payment assistance programs in conventional and government mortgage loan products. She works with a full range of borrowers and especially enjoys working with first time homebuyers.
